Terms of Service

STILLFLOW is a mindfulness and relaxation application offering breathing guidance, ambient soundscapes, Drift sensory sessions, Let Go grounding sessions and personal progress insights. Some parts of the app use automated (AI) generation to adapt a session to what you share.

STILLFLOW does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment or advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Nothing in the app should be relied upon as a clinical judgement. If you are unwell or in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Core features are free, including Drift and a limited number of Let Go sessions. Premium unlocks the guided breathing experience, additional soundscapes, Drift visual styles, unlimited Let Go sessions and advanced insights. We may adjust which features sit in each tier, and will give notice before removing a Premium feature you rely on.

• Monthly plan: USD 4.99 per month.
• Annual plan: USD 39.99 per year.

Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude tax, which is calculated by Stripe based on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; STILLFLOW does not store your full card details. We may change prices with advance notice — changes apply from your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the app’s settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. When a subscription expires, your account reverts to the free tier and Premium features lock, but your history, points and settings are kept.

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where a refund is required by consumer law in your country or where you were charged in error. If something has gone wrong, email supportstillmind@gmail.com and we will look at it fairly.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute STILLFLOW content or audio.
• Do not reverse engineer the app or circumvent Premium access controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or content about other people without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

STILLFLOW, its name, design, code, audio and written content belong to us or our licensors, and are provided to you under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use. Text you enter remains yours; you grant us the limited permission needed to process it in order to generate and deliver your session.

We aim to keep STILLFLOW available, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Maintenance, third-party outages, or changes to underlying providers may interrupt access, and features may change or be discontinued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of STILLFLOW. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update the service and these terms. If a change is material we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use STILLFLOW after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
