STILLFLOW is a quiet space. We collect as little as we can, and we explain here exactly what that means.

Not a medical service

STILLFLOW is a wellness and relaxation application. It does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment or advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a local emergency service or a health professional.

Who we are

STILLFLOW (“we”, “us”) operates the website and application at https://stillflow.lovable.app/.

[PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name, registered address, company registration number and VAT number to be added once available.]

Information we may collect

  • Account information: your email address and basic profile details supplied when you sign in (including via Google sign-in).
  • Usage and progress data: sessions you start or complete, Drift and Let Go activity, points, unlocks, preferences and settings.
  • Content you write: what you type into a Let Go session so that a grounding session can be generated for you.
  • Subscription and payment management data: your subscription status, plan, renewal dates and a payment-provider customer identifier.
  • Technical data: device type, browser, approximate region and error diagnostics used to keep the app working.

Some data — such as local history, points and settings — is stored only in your browser on your device and never leaves it unless you sign in.

Payments and Stripe

Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiry date and security code are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout. STILLFLOW does not store your full payment card details and never has access to them. We receive only limited information such as subscription status, plan, billing period and a customer reference. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what is necessary: local storage to remember your preferences and progress, a session cookie or token to keep you signed in, and cookies set by Stripe during checkout for fraud prevention. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

How we use information

  • To provide the app: soundscapes, breathing guidance, Drift and Let Go sessions and your progress.
  • To personalise grounding sessions based on what you choose to share.
  • To manage accounts, Premium access, billing and renewals.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your session content for advertising.

How information is stored and protected

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest. Access to stored data is restricted by database row-level security so that you can normally reach only your own records. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account exists, and for a limited period afterwards where required for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run STILLFLOW:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Cloud hosting, database and authentication providers — storing your account and app data.
  • AI processing providers — generating grounding sessions from the text you choose to share.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at supportstillmind@gmail.com.

Account and data deletion

You can clear locally stored history and progress from within the app’s settings. To delete your account and the data associated with it, email supportstillmind@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will action the request within 30 days, other than records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — please cancel it first.

Children

STILLFLOW is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be announced in the app.
